Ms Haidee Barrenger is an Australian diplomat. She currently serves as Deputy Head of Mission at the Australian Embassy in Copenhagen (accredited to Denmark, Norway, and Iceland). At the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, her work has focused on addressing geopolitical challenges to Australia’s interests, the furthering of partnerships, and the design and implementation of international development programs. Ms Barrenger has a keen oceans interest, having been posted to New Caledonia from 2017-2020. She holds a Master of Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney and Bachelor of Arts and Law from the University of Tasmania.
