If you would like to participate online, no registration is needed. You can follow the livestream on this website and take part directly.

If you wish to attend the conference in person, please register as soon as possible and no later than 10 December through the website. Kindly note that we use a two-step registration system: your registration is only complete once it has been approved.

Participation is free of charge. Participants must cover their own travel and accommodation costs.

The conference will take place at the Copenhagen Business School (Solbjerg Pl. 3, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark)

Some side events may take place at other venues.

From Copenhagen Airport (CPH):

• Walk to the Københavns Lufthavn metro station (5 minutes).
• Take Metro line M2 (direction Vanløse) and get off at Frederiksberg (after approx. 20 minutes).
• From Frederiksberg station, walk to Copenhagen Business School (5 minutes).

From Copenhagen Central Station (København H):

• Walk to the København H metro station (2 minutes).
• Take Metro line M3 (City Circle Line) and get off at Frederiksberg (after approx. 4 minutes).
• From Frederiksberg station, walk to Copenhagen Business School (5 minutes).

From the Copenhagen Bus Station (Ingerslevsgade):

• The bus terminal is located next to Copenhagen Central Station (København H).
• Walk to the København H metro station (2 minutes).
• Take Metro line M3 (City Circle Line) and get off at Frederiksberg (approx. 4 minutes).
• From Frederiksberg station, walk to Copenhagen Business School (5 minutes).

The conference organisers are not involved in providing accommodation for the participants. All participants should make their own arrangements, at their own expense. However, we have arranged special rates for conference participants at four Scandic hotels in Copenhagen, which you can use for your booking by clicking on the link provided below.

To benefit from these preferential rates, please make your reservation as soon as possible. Rooms are subject to availability, and the special rates are only guaranteed until the booking deadlines set by each hotel.

After these deadlines, rooms will be released, and bookings will be at the regular public rate.
