Dr Vytautas Jankauskas is Science and Innovation Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania. He is currently leading the development of Lithuania’s science diplomacy system and coordinating the inter-institutional drafting of the Lithuanian Science Diplomacy Roadmap. He holds a PhD in Political Science, with a focus on evidence-informed decision-making. Prior to joining the Ministry, he managed multidisciplinary research projects and worked as an evaluator in the humanitarian and development sectors.
