Dr. Konstantinos Kleovoulou is the Director of Research and Innovation at the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy of the Republic of Cyprus. He coordinates the formulation and implementation of national policies on research and innovation, supporting the growth of a dynamic and competitive innovation ecosystem. With prior leadership experience at The Cyprus Institute, a track record in private-sector innovation and entrepreneurship, and a research background at MIT and the Cyprus University of Technology, he bridges policymaking, business, and science. He serves on several national and European boards, where he advances research and innovation agendas with an emphasis on driving green and digital transitions. Dr. Kleovoulou holds a Ph.D. in Physics and an MBA from University College London.
