Laura García Gómez has developed her professional career in the Spanish foreign service since 2004. Having graduated in Political science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, she also holds an MSc in European Politics and Administration from the College of Europe in Bruges, and in Politics of the World Economy from the London School of Economics. As a diplomat, she has experience in multilateral diplomacy from her position as Counsellor in the Permanent mission of Spain to the UN in Geneva, in bilateral relations as Deputy head of mission in Bratislava, in Public diplomacy as Deputy director in the MFA and in consular affairs from her last posting as Consul General in Agadir. Laura is currently the Cultural and Scientific counsellor in the embassy of Spain in Copenhagen.
