Pedro Figueroa is Co-founder and President of DiploCientifica, the Science Diplomacy Network and Observatory in Latin-America and The Caribbean. He is an advisor on foreign policy and the internationalisation of science. He headed the International Relations Unit at CONICYT Chile.

Pedro Figueroa is a multilingual professional with experience as policy counselor and project manager in international partnerships. He is the former NCP (National Contact Point) for Horizon 2020 and Senior Official for the JIRI (Joint Initiative on Research and Innovation) CELAC-EU. He is a Professor of Science Diplomacy at the Diplomatic Academy Andrés Bello and at the University of Chile.
